Jonathan Curtis Seen Soliciting Recall Signatures On School Grounds.

On January 8th, 2025 Jonathan Curtis was seen soliciting signatures for the recall of the current School Board President, Angela Hansen-Winker.
A photograph taken that day shows Curtis, who is running for Wrightstown School Board in the April 1st election, talking to individuals in the Wrightstown High School wrestling room with pen in hand and the recall petition on his knee.
On his campaign website, Curtis says, “I believe the school board should be focused on improving the experience for all students and not driving personal or polical [sic] agendas.”
A Facebook post by an apparent supporter of Jonathan Curtis and his running mate, Melinda Lemke, claims that the two are “running a fair, solutions-focused campaign” that is based, in part, on “Keeping politics out of our schools” and “focusing on the issues instead of attacking opponents.”
In response to this, an anonymous post on Facebook points out that, “Jonathan is on school grounds asking people to sign the recall petition for Angela Winker for allegedly breaking school policies. Yet Jonathan is blatantly breaking board policies by having people sign the petition on school grounds.”
Currently, Curtis is on the front lines of the recall effort that has repeatedly attacked the current school board president, who has admitted to having different views from Curtis and Lemke.
